The Sauna House includes shipping for all orders within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply to customers purchasing from other locations. The Sauna House is not responsible for any delay in shipment by the transport company. If you need to return a product, The Sauna House can help you arrange for shipping.
The Sauna House maintains a 14 day return policy for most of its product line. If your are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or replacement product of the same or lesser value. All fees incurred in the return of the product including shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the item is defective, all returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee. The product must be returned in original (new) condition, with the original packaging and manufacturer's information. Those items that are not returnable include; any accessory item that is not defective, sauna doors, any custom item including a pre-cut sauna kit, and any item that has already been installed.
The Sauna House must be informed of the intent to return merchandise before it is shipped. The Sauna House will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that is required for any returns.

If you have received an item that is defective or that has been damaged in shipping, please contact the customer service department immediately. Defective items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and we will assist you with the replacement or repair of your product.
If you refuse a delivered item for any reason other than damage or a shipping error, the customer will be responsible for a 10% restocking fee plus all shipping and handling charges incurred with the return of the product.
Cancellation of orders for any of our products must be carried out within 24 hours of original placement.
