Q. Do sauna rocks come with your sauna heaters?
A. Yes.

Q. Is it alright to pour water over the stones of an electric sauna heater?
A. Yes. All of our sauna heaters are built to accommodate sauna environments with higher humidity and moisture, as some sauna bathers prefer. A sauna wouldn’t be the same without the ability to pour water over the rocks to create bursts of steam within the sauna.

Q. Can I wire an electric sauna heater to my household electrical system myself?
A. Any necessary electrical work should always be performed by a licensed and bonded professional electrician.

Q. How long does it take for a sauna heater to heat up?
A. A sauna heater should heat the rocks as well as the interior of the space to an optimal bathing temperature in about 20-25 minutes.
