Infra-Core Dual Standard Features:
- LIFETIME Warranty on both the heater and ceramic infrared emitters, and a 5-year warranty
on all parts.
- 11/16 of an inch thick Clear T&G Western Red Cedar on all interior walls, ceiling, floor, and exterior side walls. (Also available in Poplar.)
- 5mm Bronze Tempered Glass is used on all glass doors.
- 2x4 Clear Western Red Cedar benches with rounded edges. (Also available in Poplar.)
- Cedar backrest along walls for comfort (Also available in Poplar.)
- Rapid Even Air system which circulates warm air for a more balanced sauna.
- Marine-style cast aluminum light fixture
- Professional series coaxial speaker system for clear stereo sound.
- Benches are assembled from the bottom, while all walls are blind nailed.
- Saunacore saunas do not have corner moldings used to cover up imperfections. All Cedar (or Poplar) panels are custom cut and aligned to match from one wall to the other. All V-joints are matched, each individual piece of Cedar (or Poplar) is cut and trimmed for an exact fit.

Cedar (standard for all models)
Saunacore's most popular saunas are those built with clear western red cedar. Western red cedar is renowned for its high impermeability to liquids and its natural phenol preservatives. It is ideally suited for interior and exterior use where humidity is high. The cellular composition of cedar - millions of microscopic air-filled cells - provides a high degree of insulation. Cedar's natural oils are the reason it is decay resistant and rich in color. This makes Saunacore saunas some of the highest quality and most durable on the market. |

Poplar (used extensively for people with chemical sensitivities)
Also known as yellow poplar, tulip poplar, tulipwood, and hickory poplar, poplar trees grow taller than any other US hardwood species. The yellow poplar grows quickly into a tall, straight tree. It is found alone in open, rich, moist soil. Because of its fast maturity, the lumber from poplar is lightweight and soft for a hardwood. It is strong, durable and seasons well resisting warping once it is dried. Because the trunk has no limbs or branches, except at the very top, the wood is clear with no knots.

 This diagram demonstrates the function of the Rapid Even Air circulation system featured on Infra-Core Premium models. As the radiant heat from the side and back walls of the sauna cools, it is pulled down by the circulation fan and ventilated throughout the sauna via two vents on each side on the floor. This process gives the sauna a more "balanced" environment.
