Custom (pre-cut) Sauna Kits |
Whether you are interested in traditional or infrared, custom saunas have unlimited design potential. We can work with you, your designer or your contractor to make your custom sauna idea a reality. The Sauna House can provide you with a complete pre-cut interior kit for your framed, insulated space including all interior walls, ceiling, floor and all interior trim cut in tongue and groove (T&G) to exact dimensions. Pre-Cut Sauna kits also include a pre-hung door, benches, light fixture, controls and conventional heater or ceramic infrared heating elements (pre-cut kits do not include any exterior finish).

Our pre-cut sauna kits come in four basic option packages; infrared, deluxe, premium, and platinum (deluxe, premium and platinum are traditional sauna packages).

Infrared Package Standard Features:
- 1" x 4" V-joint T&G, clear select kiln dried Western Red Cedar 11/16" thick, pre-sanded
- 2" x 4" Clear Western Red Cedar, pre-sanded, for one level straight bench, bracing, and bench supports.
- Infrared Ceramic Emitters with Lifetime Warranty, Stainless Steel housing, Deflector, and Heat Shield (quantity based on room size)
- Choice of standard Insulated Door or Full Bronze Glass door, roll catch, hinges, cedar door handles, cedar casing, cedar frame and cedar door stop.
- Commander Soft-Touch Digital Keypad
controls time/temperature settings, fan,
standby procedure and lights.
- Cedar Louver for vent
- Clear Cedar Emitter Guard
- Cedar slats and bracing for walking area of sauna room.
- Galvanized nails and screws
- Vapor proof sauna light
- Paneling may be horizontal or vertical

- note: there is a maximum height of 6'6" for infrared pre-cut packages.

Deluxe Package Standard Features
- 1" x 4" V-joint T&G, clear select kiln dried
Western Red Cedar 11/16" thick, pre-sanded.
- 2" x 4" Clear Western Red Cedar, pre-sanded, for two level straight benches, bracing, and bench supports.
- Standard residential sauna heater with 5 year Limited Warranty, mechanical controls (wattage selected according to sauna size) and sauna stones.
- Insulated door with two Bronze Tempered Glass windows, 6" x 24" each, roll catch, hinges, cedar door handles, cedar casing, cedar frame and cedar door stop.
- Cedar slats and bracing for walking area of sauna room.
- Clear Cedar Heater Guard
- Foil Vapor Barrier
- Galvanized nails and screws
- Vapor proof sauna light
- Cedar Louver for vent
- Paneling may be horizontal or vertical

- Sauna rooms requiring over 12kw include standard commercial stove.

Premium Package Upgraded Features:
- Special Edition residential sauna heater with Lifetime Limited Warranty, mechanical controls (wattage selected according to size) and sauna stones.
- Choice of standard Insulated Door or Full
Bronze Glass door, roll catch, hinges, cedar door handles, cedar casing, cedar frame and cedar door stop.
- Full length cedar backrest which runs along entire upper bench.
- Accessory Set including: bucket and ladle,
thermometer, headrest and towel hook.

- Ultimate residential sauna heater with
Lifetime Limited Warranty, mechanical controls (wattage selected according to sauna size) and sauna stones.
- Insulated door or Sauna Blast Full Bronze

cedar door stop.
- Vapor proof marine style sauna light
- Full length cedar backrest which runs along entire upper bench.
- Accessory Set including: bucket and ladle,
thermometer, hygrometer, headrest, towel
hook and sand timer.
- Sauna rooms requiring over 12kw include
Ultimate C6+1 Commercial Heater.
